Interactive Author Visits
My “You Are The Hero of Your Own Story” Author Visit is 40-50 minutes long and ideal for 4th-7th graders in groups as small as 20 or as large as 200+. These interactive sessions include an author talk, two separate readings from THE UNFORGETTABLE LOGAN FOSTER, as well as in improvised superhero story based on a volunteer’s own suggestions and the audience’s participation with sound effects along the way. This format has been a hit with teachers and kids from New England to Southern California, and has proven especially engaging for neurodivergent students.
Currently available Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Southern NH and Northern CT. Willing to travel outside the area for larger engagements across multiple schools or regional events with stipend for travel.
LOCAL PRICING*:
$850/Full Day (8AM-2PM), $500/Morning (8AM-Noon), $250/Single session (up to 1.5 hrs)
VIRTUAL VISIT*:
$100/Single session* (45min-1hr) *half price in states where book is nominated

FREE VIRTUAL VISIT for any MA classroom/library that reads The Unforgettable Logan Foster as a Read Aloud!
FREE IN-PERSON VISIT for any MA school that has an entire grade (4th, 5th, or 6th) that reads The Unforgettable Logan Foster as a Red Aloud or One School/One Book project.
*Pricing can be flexible for schools with limit access to budget for student enrichment. Please note, I do add $50 per day for non-local in person events to cover meals.
